Sabrina’s practice explores garment making through a lens of social care, craftsmanship, and empathy. By using slow processes such as embroidery, beading, and patchwork, she creates garments that are the catalyst for her rebellion against the fast-fashion industry. Her work utilizes secondhand materials that not only care for the individual, but also the environment. Sabrina Ross is a student at the Kansas City Art Institute and works on her own clothing brand The Co11ection.
