A.N. DeJesus
All You Have to Do is What You’re Doing Right Now
The moon is in Aquarius & I am secretly in love. I am trying
my hand at tenderness. Hello, softness,
old friend. I had forgotten how beautiful my palms are when the fist is irised
open. The ice is all but melted
now; the sunlight – a benediction. A single flame to keep warm
is enough. There are apples
in the fridge, tiny oranges too. Would you like one?
